However negotiation skills are not just required by the skilled salesperson or within labour-management relations, negotiation is an important skill that should be developed within all staff.
Program Description
Within this Developing Negotiation Skills training course participants will develop competence in:
Understand the relationship between conflict and negotiation.
Identify the key roles and responsibilities required by the negotiation team.
Implement an effective negotiation process > Preparation > Opening Position > Bargaining > Movement > Closing
