P4A - Post-Conference Reflections Planner (Extend-a-Conference)

Our Special Price AUD $295.00

This is a single-unit conference program
(24 - 25 hours of conference work)

Conference Extender program:
This single unit program nominally covers 10 - 12 hours of application by the participant (planning for 2 conference concepts).  However, extension of the number of concepts planned for action from the two suggested would result in an extra 4 hours per unit planned.  Thus, planning for implementation of 4 conference concepts would nominally require 20 - 24 hours application to conference work, or approximately 5 - 6 days post conference activity, usually done in the same hotel or resort venue as the original conference.

Content section:
This program is intended to follow on from attendance at a conference or symposium that is relevant to the participant’s job or profession.  The aim is to maximise the benefit to the participant and his / her organisation or business through deep consideration and planning for short, medium and long term application of ideas arising from the conference.

Your recent conference:
A reflective process that results in consideration of implications of conference concepts and prioritising those ideas for planning and action.

Personal Planning template:
Provides structure for analysing and overcoming personal challenges.

Organisational Planning template:
Provides structure based on standard project management processes to ensure that plans developed effectively cover vital elements of planning.

Team Issues:
Here you ensure you have recorded notes and suggestions for discussion with colleagues and supervisors that will enable smooth adoption of your ideas and plans.
