This is a single-unit conference program (24 - 25 hours of conference work)
This single unit program nominally covers 12 hours of conference work by the participant (planning for 2 major issues). However, extension of the number of issues planned for action from the two suggested would result in an extra 4-5 hours per unit planned. Thus, planning for implementation of 4 major organisational issues would nominally require 20 hours application to conference work, or approximately 5 days of conference or post-conference activity.
Content section: This program is intended to follow on from discussions, brainstorming or consideration of environmental scans carried out previously in the participant’s job or profession. The aim is to maximise the benefit to the participant and his / her organisation or business through deep consideration and planning for short, medium and long term application of ideas arising from analysis and subsequent identification of trends and relationships.
Your recent change planning: A reflective process that results in consideration of implications of recently considered ideas and concepts and prioritising these for planning and action.
Personal Planning template: Provides structure for analysing and overcoming personal challenges.
Organisational Planning template: Provides structure based on standard project management processes to ensure that plans developed effectively cover vital elements of planning.
Team Issues: Here you ensure you have recorded notes and suggestions for discussion with colleagues and supervisors that will enable smooth adoption of your ideas and plans.
