Refund Policy  

Every CD has been verified by the Supplier to be in working condition at the time of its manufacture.

The International Education Symposiums refund policy states that:
1.  The Licence Agreement signed by the Client at the time of purchase from the web site, (and also provided with the software and available for examination at the Supplier’s web site) provides substantial warranties that protect the rights of the Client to return the software if it is defective.
2.  If the product is faulty (and this is not due to the Client’s mishandling of the product by scratching, etc) a replacement of the faulty product will be supplied according to the terms of the Licence Agreement.
3.  If due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client cannot undertake the conference at the agreed date, the Supplier agrees to transfer the date of the conference to a mutually agreed date without expense to the Client.
4.  If product is returned within seven (7) days of receipt by the Client, in its original container and still sealed by the original seal, it will be refunded at 80% of its original cost, with the remaining 20% applied to the Supplier’s costs.
